The Well Ministries is the parent non-profit organization that serves all Scott County TreeHouse locations by providing all resources, funding, volunteers, and staff. The Well is licensed by TreeHouse, Inc. We are a grace-based organization that seeks a Christian focus in helping youth and adults in addressing their life struggles, as specifically noted in our Statement of Faith.

Our expectations of all volunteers/employees is that they live out their Christian faith and values in ways which are consistent with the teachings of scripture. We expect staff to love God fully and others deeply. We also expect staff to be involved in a fellowship of believers (a church) for teaching, encouragement, support, and accountability.
